Three Flavour Dumpling

Three Flavour Dumpling, located in Shop 23, is a great find for any dumpling enthusiast. The Chef’s signature dish has got to be the superb-value Chinese dumplings (pan-fried or boiled)  with visually impressive Fried Dumpling Skirt. Choose from a range of fillings, such as Pork & Chives or Pork & Cabbage, while accompanying chilli and dumpling sauces are also prepared on site.

A wider menu of tasty meat and rice dishes is also available, including braised beef brisket with potatoes on rice.
